Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Catalina Dressing (Divided)
  • 1 lg. Pork Tenderloin (1 Lb.)
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Preparation

  1. Brush 2 Tbsp. of Catalina Dressing over pork tenderloin.
  2. Mix dry ingredients and rub onto pork.
  3. Refrigerate and let stand at least 10 minutes (up to 24 hours) to marinate.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Place pork on grill and cover.
  6. Grill 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Mix remaining Dressing and Honey.
  8. Brush some of the honey mixture over the pork.
  9. Continue girlling 5 - 10 minutes, turning and brushing with the honey mixture until the pork is cooked through (internal temperature of 160).
  10. Let stand, covered with foil, for a few minutes before cutting into 1/2 inch slices and serving.
