Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Filling

  • 3 egg yolks (set whites aside)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Juice of 3 lemons

Meringue

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients for the crust together
  • Combine the ingredients for the filling
  • Put ingredients into crust
  • Make meringue topping
  • Bake!
